DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to coach teammates and drive engagement in loyalty initiatives. You will deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences and build strong athlete relationships to drive retention.

You will lead staffing, scheduling, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service and achievement of department goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by guiding product information, following floor sets and merchandising standards.
• Assist in building 30–60–90 day plans with store leadership; help with staffing, budgets, and objectives.
• Communicate goals to staff and assign workloads to meet athlete traffic and payroll targets.
• Build a strong team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies and procedures.
