Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences with product knowledge and friendly service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards following floor sets and price changes.
• Promote loyalty programs and enrollment in services.
• Assist in development of 30–60–90 day plans with management for department priorities.
• Support staffing and operational planning within budgets and goals.
• Lead by example and coach teammates, including performance reviews.
