DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead athlete-centric experiences in-store. You will coach teammates, drive engagement in loyalty programs, and ensure fast, friendly checkout while building strong athlete relationships on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate product information.
• Uphold merchandising standards and floor presentation.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranties and enrollment in private label credit.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop 30–60–90 day plans for priorities.
• Open/close procedures and supervise teammates during shifts.
• Communicate goals and assign workload to maximize efficiency.
