DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead the athlete experience on the sales floor, coach teammates, and drive engagement in loyalty programs. You’ll deliver fast, friendly checkout and build strong athlete relationships that support retention.

You will help develop schedules, execute plans, and ensure excellent service while meeting store goals in a dynamic retail environment focused on teamwork and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promote loyalty programs and related services to customers.
• Contribute to short-term plans with store leadership to support department priorities.
