DICK’S Sporting Goods is hiring a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead the athlete experience, coach teammates, and drive engagement in loyalty programs. You will deliver fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences while building strong athlete relationships that drive retention.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to plan 30-60-90 day priorities, guide daily operations, staffing, onboarding, and performance coaching.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences while building athlete relationships.
• Coach teammates and drive engagement in loyalty programs and services.
• Lead in planning and executing store objectives with the SM/ASM, including scheduling and operations.
