Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain - Endzone Loyalty to lead athlete experiences at the store level. You will coach teammates, drive engagement in loyalty programs, and deliver fast, friendly, accurate checkout while building strong athlete relationships that boost retention.

In this role, you will oversee recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management to ensure excellent service and adherence to policies. A supportive, winning team culture awaits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing clear product information.
• Lead 30–60–90 day plans with store leadership to support department priorities.
• Communicate goals and plans to direct reports and manage workload to meet budgets.
• Build and lead a strong team, overseeing hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Enforce policies on safety, loss prevention, and procedures.
