Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead coaching for teammates and drive engagement in loyalty programs while delivering fast, friendly checkout experiences. You will build strong athlete relationships and ensure excellent customer service on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate product information and guiding loyalty program participation.
• Help develop 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership to support department priorities and budgeting.
• Lead scheduling, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews for teammates.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies while building a welcoming, respectful store environment
