Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to coach teammates and drive engagement in loyalty programs while delivering fast, accurate checkout experiences. You will build strong athlete relationships and lead store teams to achieve high service standards and retention.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development efforts, and ensure adherence to safety, policies, and operating procedures to foster a welcoming and high-performing store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience required.
• People leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a strong team, including hiring, onboarding and coaching.
• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences at checkout and through loyalty programs.
• Ensure store operations meet safety, loss prevention and policy standards.
• Execute staffing plans and schedules to meet traffic and payroll goals.
• Maintain strong athlete relationships to drive retention and service excellence.
