Job summary

Dillard's Inc. is seeking an IT Support/Endpoint Specialist to provide comprehensive end-user support within the Dillard’s environment.

You will install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and software, ensuring security compliance and smooth operations across corporate systems. The role requires hands-on problem solving, collaboration with teams, and occasional after-hours on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support.
• Onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR.
• Experience installing and supporting hardware, OS, applications, and peripherals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Must be available for after-hours on-call.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for all end users in the Dillard’s environment.
• Maintain compliance with PCI and other security requirements.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software.
• Utilize software automation to improve efficiency.
• Load Operating Systems and install/repair applications.
• Test OS updates and upgrades before production release.
• Coordinate software and hardware changes.
• Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes.
• Interface with colleagues, both technical and non-technical.
• Work with third-party vendors for installation and support.
• Monitor endpoints using available tools, including AI, for proactive remediation.
• Follow group standards and policies; keep inventory records current.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
