Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the Northeast US is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint to serve as a customer-facing security expert.

The role takes a consultative approach to security projects and will develop and deliver new security services offerings. This is a remote position required to reside in the Northeast region of the US as determined by SHI management, and you will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, and security engineers to advance customer goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years in Security Pre‑Sales Consulting.
• Advanced certifications (CISSP, GIAC, CCNP Security or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs and others to align security goals.
• Learn SHI service offerings via training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling.
• Stay current on trends and market landscape.
