Job summary

SHI is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Endpoint who will act as a customer-facing security expert, taking a consultative approach to security projects and developing new security services offerings.

This remote role requires residence in the Northeast region of the US and involves collaborating with senior client and internal teams to align security solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Advanced certifications (CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CCSP, CEH, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIO, CSO, CISO, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen client relationships.
• Understand SHI’s security offerings across solution areas via training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through one-to-one and team sessions.
• Stay current on technology trends and the security industry landscape.
• Develop collateral and use cases in SHI labs to support sales engagements.
