Job summary

NinjaOne is expanding its Endpoint Management Product team and seeking a Product Manager to help define features and workflows for core platform capabilities. You will work with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to shape product direction and deliver high-impact endpoint management features.

The role focuses on automations, policies, agents, dashboards, and other foundational capabilities that power how IT teams and MSPs manage endpoints at scale. Remote-friendly within the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles such as managing or working in an IT helpdesk, MSP, or internal IT team.
• 2+ years of Product Management experience in an RMM/Endpoint Management role.
• Background in system administration (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Experience working in MSP, internal IT, or infrastructure-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s core endpoint management capabilities.
• Own key parts of the core platform roadmap and make trade-offs for value.
• Drive direction for core features such as automations, policies, and configuration models.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support to deliver capabilities from concept to delivery.
• Translate customer and market insights into product improvements and new capabilities.
• Write clear product requirements and edge cases; iterate based on feedback.
