Job summary

NinjaOne is expanding its Endpoint Management & Security product team. As a Product Manager, you will work with PMs to reduce attack surface through risk analysis and remediation across managed endpoints. The role reports to the Director of Product Management and emphasizes collaboration, customer insight, and delivering high-quality features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT/security or technical roles such as IT helpdesk/MSP/internal IT/security teams.
• 2+ years of strong product management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS.
• Solid background in operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux).
• Experience in endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting.
• Experience in MSP/internal IT or infrastructure-focused roles.
• Ability to understand IT endpoints in real-world environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-informed decision maker balancing customer needs and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s endpoint management and security capabilities.
• Contribute to and own parts of the endpoint management and security roadmap.
• Drive product direction for features that identify security gaps and remediation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support and others to deliver capabilities.
• Engage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to translate insights into product improvements.
• Write clear product requirements and define workflows and edge cases.
• Ensure capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne and enable other product areas.
