Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Product Manager to join the Endpoint Management Product team, focusing on core platform capabilities that power the NinjaOne endpoint management platform. You will define the right features, workflows, and abstractions for IT teams and MSPs to manage endpoints at scale.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and other PMs to shape direction, define roadmaps, and deliver high-impact capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles such as managing or working in an IT helpdesk, at an MSP, or in an internal IT team.
• 2+ years of Product Management experience in an RMM/Endpoint Management role.
• Comfortable with IT endpoint management concepts and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s core endpoint management capabilities.
• Own parts of the core platform roadmap with clear priorities.
• Drive direction for features like automations, policies, agent behavior, and configuration models.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver capabilities.
• Translate customer and MSP insights into product improvements and new features.
• Write clear product requirements and edge cases, and iterate from feedback.
• Ensure platform capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne for ecosystem building.
