Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Product Manager to help define and evolve the core endpoint management capabilities for our Unified IT Platform. You will work with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to shape product direction, define roadmaps, and deliver high-impact features that empower IT teams and MSPs to manage endpoints at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles such as managing or working in an IT helpdesk, MSP, or internal IT team.
• 2+ years of Product Management experience in an RMM/Endpoint Management role.
• Background in system administration (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Experience in MSP, internal IT, or infrastructure-focused roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-informed decision making and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s core endpoint management capabilities.
• Own parts of the core platform roadmap and set priorities.
• Drive features for automations, policies, agent behaviour, and configuration models.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support and other stakeholders from concept to delivery.
• Engage with customers and MSPs to translate insights into product improvements.
• Write clear product requirements and edge cases; iterate from feedback.
