Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Product Manager to join the Endpoint Management and Security product team. You will work with a group of PMs to reduce attack surface through risk analysis and remediation across managed endpoints, reporting to the Director of Product Management.

In this flexible, remote role based in the USA, you will define the vision, own key roadmap elements, collaborate with engineering and support, and translate customer insights into practical capabilities that improve endpoint

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT/security or technical roles
• 2+ years in product management
• Experience with MSP or internal IT
• Experience with Windows/macOS/Linux
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Data-informed decision maker
• Ability to influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision for endpoint management and security.
• Own parts of the roadmap and set priorities.
• Drive capabilities to identify security gaps and remediation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support, and others.
• Engage with customers and MSPs to gather insights.
• Write product requirements and define workflows.
• Ensure platform cohesion across NinjaOne.
• Perform other duties as needed.
