Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Product Manager to join a collaborative PM team focused on building foundational endpoint management capabilities.

You will work with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to shape direction, deliver high-impact features, and ensure the platform scales for IT teams and MSPs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT roles and 2+ years in PM for RMM/endpoint management, with strong communication and data-driven decision making. ET hours required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years in IT or technical roles such as IT helpdesk, MSP, or internal IT team.
• 2+ years of Product Management in an RMM/Endpoint Management role.
• Background in system administration (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
• Experience with endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting.
• Experience in MSP or infrastructure-focused roles.
• Understanding of how IT teams manage endpoints in real-world environments.
• Ability to work with engineers without writing production code.
• Strong written and verbal communication, data-informed decision making, and stakeholder influence.
• Must work US Eastern Time zone hours (8:00 AM ET start).

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision for core endpoint management capabilities.
• Own parts of the core platform roadmap and prioritize features.
• Drive capabilities for automations, policies, agent behavior, and configuration models.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver.
• Gather customer and MSP insights to inform product improvements.
• Write clear product requirements and edge cases; iterate from feedback.
• Ensure platform capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne.
