Job summary

NinjaOne is expanding its Endpoint Management & Security product team. We seek a Product Manager to collaborate with a group of PMs on capabilities that reduce attack surface through risk analysis and remediation across managed endpoints.

The role reports to the Director of Product Management and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, customer insight, and delivering high-quality features in a remote-friendly environment across the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years IT/security or technical roles (IT helpdesk/MSP/internal IT/security).
• 2+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or IT management.
• Solid background in operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux).
• Experience in endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision for NinjaOne’s endpoint management and security capabilities.
• Contribute to and own parts of the endpoint management and security roadmap; set priorities and trade-offs.
• Drive product direction for features that identify security gaps and remediation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support, and stakeholders to deliver capabilities.
• Engage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to translate insights into improvements.
• Write clear product requirements and workflows; iterate based on feedback and data.
• Ensure capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne and other product areas.
• Other duties as needed.
