Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Product Manager to grow our Endpoint Management & Security product team. You will shape the vision, contribute to the roadmap, and collaborate across engineering, design, and support to deliver value to IT and security teams.

You will work with a team of PMs to reduce attack surfaces through risk analysis and remediation, while translating customer insights into practical features that integrate with the NinjaOne platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT/security or technical roles (IT helpdesk/MSP/internal IT).
• 2+ years in product management, ideally with B2B SaaS or IT management products.
• Solid background in operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux).
• Experience in endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting.
• Experience in MSP/internal IT or infrastructure-focused roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; data-informed decision maker.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s endpoint management and security capabilities.
• Own parts of the endpoint management and security roadmap; set priorities and trade-offs.
• Drive product direction for features addressing security gaps and remediation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support to bring capabilities from concept to delivery.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to translate insights into improvements.
• Write clear product requirements and workflows; iterate based on feedback.
