Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a Product Manager to join a collaborative team focused on endpoint management and security. You will help reduce risk and improve resilience across managed endpoints with a clear product vision and roadmap.

The role requires 5+ years in IT/security or technical roles and 2+ years in product management, preferably for B2B SaaS. Remote-friendly, USA-based candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT/security or technical roles such as helpdesk/MSP/internal IT or security.
• 2+ years in product management, ideally for B2B SaaS or IT management products.
• Solid OS knowledge (Windows/macOS/Linux) and endpoint management background.
• Experience with MSP/internal IT roles and scripting/automation is a plus.
• Ability to understand IT teams’ end-user workflows and manage stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision for endpoint management and security capabilities.
• Own parts of the roadmap, evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and trade-offs.
• Drive direction for features that identify gaps and remediation capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support, and other teams to deliver new capabilities.
• Engage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to translate insights into improvements.
• Write clear product requirements and define workflows and edge cases for high-quality delivery.
• Ensure platform cohesion and enable other product areas to build on top of these capabilities.
