Job summary

NinjaOne is expanding its Endpoint Management Product team and seeking a Product Manager to help shape the foundational capabilities of our platform. You’ll work with PMs to define roadmaps, partner with engineering and design, and translate customer needs into high-impact features for efficient endpoint management.

You’ll collaborate to deliver automations, policies, agents, and dashboards, ensuring a cohesive platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of IT or technical experience in IT helpdesk, MSP, or internal IT.
2+ years of Product Management experience in an RMM/Endpoint Management role.
Strong ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative across PMs and engineers.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the vision for core endpoint management capabilities.
Own core platform roadmap and prioritize opportunities to maximize customer value.
Drive direction for features like automations, policies, agent behavior, and configuration models.
Collaborate with engineering, design, support, and stakeholders from concept to delivery.
Engage with customers and MSPs to translate insights into product improvements.
Write clear product requirements and iterate based on feedback and usage data.
Ensure platform capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne.
