Job summary

MATTR is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to provide responsive end-user technical support and maintain endpoint management solutions ensuring secure and efficient IT operations. You will be the first point of contact for employees, resolve standard issues, administer Microsoft Intune and related technologies, and support security-aligned infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a three-year college diploma in Information Technology.
• University degree in Information Technology preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience providing end-user support and working in IT operations or endpoint-management environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance by phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, device, and connectivity issues.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions to support service delivery and knowledge sharing.
• Provide timely updates to users and meet service levels.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused support experience while handling high volume requests.
• Configure and maintain endpoint management solutions (Intune, Autopilot, MDM/MAM, Azure AD).
• Manage device provisioning, compliance policies, conditional access, and app deployment.
• Monitor endpoint performance and troubleshoot escalated issues.
• Maintain documentation of endpoint configurations and best practices.
• Support secure device administration aligned with security standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel between Katy and Houston as needed.
