Job summary

Milliman in Manhattan is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join the IT Practice Support Services team. This on-site role four days a week focuses on frontline IT support, triaging tickets, and resolving common issues while building toward more independent technical troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience, strong Windows/macOS skills, and familiarity with Active Directory, PowerShell, and endpoint management tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in desktop support or system administration, ideally 100+ users.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
• Working knowledge of endpoint management tools and ITSM platforms.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly with non-technical users.
• Strong organizational habits and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Front-line support and ticket triage; respond via ticketing system, email, and chat.
• Configure and deploy Windows endpoints and peripherals; on-site and remote troubleshooting.
• Support office systems: conference room AV, printers, and room-booking hardware.
• Administer Active Directory and use PowerShell for account/permissions management.
• Apply patches and updates; work with SCCM/Intune and endpoint management tools.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, inventory, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
