Qualifications

• Requires a three-year college diploma in Information Technology.
• University degree in IT is preferred.
• 1–3 years of IT end-user support experience.
• Experience with endpoint-management or IT operations environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employees via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, device, and connectivity issues.
• Document incidents and resolutions to support consistent service delivery.
• Maintain endpoint configurations and support onboarding of devices in line with security standards.
