Job summary

Mindex is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Administrator to provide reliable onsite technical support across the organization. You will configure and maintain employee devices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID and Intune.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple support requests while delivering a positive end-user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of IT Help Desk/Desktop Support/Systems Administration/Technical Support experience.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
Experience with Windows Server and MacOS environments.
Experience with ABM, Microsoft Intune, and Azure AD.
Experience using ticketing systems and documenting procedures.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain end user Windows and Mac workstations.
Provide ongoing support for hardware, software, and access issues.
Manage IT asset inventory and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
Troubleshoot OS, network, software, and application problems.
Manage support queues and ensure adherence to service expectations.
Create and maintain IT procedures and documentation.
Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Intune).
Support third-party business applications and security-related tasks.
