Job summary

The Endpoint Technology Analyst at MBTA will implement, support, and maintain endpoints across field locations, including computers, tablets, smartphones, peripherals and A/V equipment. The role emphasizes Intune and other management platforms, and rapid rollout of devices.

This term-limited, project-specific contractor position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least two days per week. You will coordinate with IT, operations, training teams and vendors to ensure a seamless endpoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of endpoint management, deployment and support.
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, SCCM or Jamf.
• Experience with peripherals and A/V systems.
• Ability to travel to MBTA worksites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with large-scale endpoint rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Execute setup and configuration of endpoints for large-scale deployments.
• Coordinate procurement, staging, and delivery of endpoint hardware.
• Install and configure software, operating systems, and security settings.
• Troubleshoot endpoint hardware and software issues during deployment.
• Maintain endpoint inventory and device lifecycle.
• Enroll endpoints in Intune and other management systems.
• Provide on-site support at MBTA locations.
• Travel to and work at various MBTA sites.
• Develop user guides and training materials for endpoints and applications.
• Train employees on endpoint usage.
