Job summary

Allegiance Search is seeking an IT Operations Manager to own the corporate technology environment and employee support. The role blends hands-on technical work with operational leadership, solving complex issues while improving service delivery, security, and the employee experience.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint provisioning across Windows and macOS, while overseeing hardware lifecycle, remote connectivity, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Experience across IT support, systems administration, or endpoint engineering.
• Experience leading support delivery, supervising teams, or owning an IT function.
• Strong administration within Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve the Microsoft 365 environment including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and access controls.
• Endpoint management for a mixed Windows and macOS environment.
• Hardware procurement, deployment, maintenance, replacement and retirement.
• Device enrollment and provisioning via Autopilot, Jamf Pro, and Apple Business Manager.
• Escalated support for identity, access, endpoint, and business apps issues.
• Endpoint protection, encryption, patching, vulnerability remediation and compliance monitoring.
• Joiner/mover/leaver processes ensuring correct equipment and access.
• Vendor management, purchasing standards, budget input, and runbooks.
• Automation of repetitive tasks using scripting and AI-enabled tools.
