Job summary

You will administer Intune, Entra ID, and Defender for Endpoint, develop PowerShell scripts, and create technical documentation. Strong collaboration with IT and security teams is essential to ensure compliant endpoint management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Intune administration experience.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM co-management.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender XDR.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, CIS, NIST, or CMMC.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Manage device provisioning, compliance policies, configuration profiles, patching, and security settings.
• Provide advanced Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, sync, policy, and application issues; support Windows Autopilot and related security initiatives.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, technical documentation, and knowledge base materials.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure endpoint management aligns with policy and compliance.
