MATTR in Katy, TX, is hiring an IT Operations Analyst to deliver end-user technical support and maintain endpoint management solutions for reliable IT operations. You will be the first contact for employees and administer technologies like Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD while upholding security standards.

Success means dependable support, ownership of endpoint administration, and proactive improvements to systems and processes.

Qualifications

Three-year IT college diploma required; university degree preferred.
One to three years of IT experience and end-user support background.
Experience in IT operations or enterprise endpoint-management environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employees via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, device, and connectivity issues.
Document incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions to support service delivery.
Provide timely updates to users and meet service levels.
Configure and maintain endpoint management, including Intune, Autopilot, MDM/MAM, and Azure AD.
Collaborate with IT Support, Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Compliance teams.
