Job summary

BD is seeking a proactive Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales and expand BD's Endourology portfolio across assigned hospitals, ASCs, and clinics in the U.S. You will develop territory business plans, identify growth opportunities, and deepen utilization through physician and administrator engagement.

You will collaborate with Procedural Sales Specialists and regional teams, manage forecasts, and maintain CRM to ensure disciplined execution while delivering training and clinical support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years of successful sales experience in medical devices or related healthcare sectors.
• Experience in urology or procedural sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plans and growth initiatives.
• Promote BD Endourology portfolio to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Build relationships with IDNs, hospitals, and GPOs.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline with CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives.
• Deliver product education and training to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
