Job summary

BD is seeking an Endourology Territory Manager in the United States to drive sales growth of the Endourology portfolio and develop territory business plans. You will build strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, supply chain teams, and healthcare administrators across hospitals and ambulatory centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years of successful sales experience in medical devices or related healthcare fields.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders in complex healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes and IDN structures is preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare administrators within assigned accounts.
• Drive sales growth across the Endourology portfolio through territory planning and opportunity management.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Support product evaluations, physician training, and case coverage.
• Collaborate with national accounts and strategic teams on IDN initiatives and bids.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
