Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence multiple stakeholders within complex healthcare environments.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and other key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Drive sales growth across the Endourology portfolio through territory planning and opportunity management.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions that improve clinical outcomes and economic value.
• Deliver product education, in-service training, and clinical support to customers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
