Job summary

The Endourology Territory Manager at BD will drive sales of BD endourology products in the assigned territory, building strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals and purchasing teams. You will conduct product demonstrations, deliver education seminars, analyze sales data, and report weekly activity to support objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in target accounts.
• Identify customer needs and position Bard products appropriately.
• Gather competitive intelligence and report market trends.
• Conduct field visits for product demonstrations and educational seminars.
• Perform root cause analysis on sales gaps and implement actions.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and forecast.
• Submit weekly call activity, expense reports, and quarterly forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
