Job summary

BD is seeking an Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales growth and market share across a defined geography. You will build strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, and healthcare leaders while executing territory business plans and expanding utilization of BD’s Endourology portfolio in hospitals and ambulatory settings.

In this role you will collaborate with specialists and regional teams to forecast, review performance, and pursue new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in medical devices or related healthcare fields.
• Experience in Endourology or operating room sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinicians, and other decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Drive sales growth across the Endourology portfolio through territory planning and opportunity management.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions to improve outcomes and value.
• Deliver product education, in-service training, and clinical support as needed.
