Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) is seeking an Endourology Territory Manager to drive growth in an assigned GA territory. You will identify opportunities, promote BD Endourology products, and build strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, and healthcare leaders.

You will coordinate with regional teams to execute business plans, forecast performance, and deliver education and support for customers across hospitals and ambulatory centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices or related industries.
• Experience in Urology/Endourology is a plus.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence multiple stakeholders in complex healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare administrators.
• Drive sales growth across Endourology portfolio through territory planning and account penetration.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions to improve outcomes and value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and strategic priorities.
