Job summary

BD is a leading medical technology company seeking an Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales growth in an assigned US territory. You will promote BD’s Endourology products, develop strategic plans, and expand utilization within hospitals, ASCs, and health systems.

You will collaborate with Procedural Sales Specialists and Regional teams to achieve targets and deliver clinical and economic value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or related industries preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence multiple stakeholders within complex healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes and IDN structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and other decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Drive sales growth across the Endourology portfolio through territory planning and account penetration.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions to improve outcomes and value.
• Support product evaluations, physician training, and case coverage.
• Forecast and manage opportunities using CRM tools; conduct regular business reviews.
