Job summary

BD in the United States seeks an Endourology Territory Manager for the GA-Covington region to drive growth across the Endourology portfolio. You will build relationships with urologists, administrators, and clinicians while executing territory plans and expanding utilization in hospitals and ambulatory centers.

The role requires a track record in medical devices sales, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in medical devices or related fields.
Experience in urology or endourology preferred.
Ability to navigate hospital purchasing processes and IDN structures.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with urologists and healthcare decision-makers.
Drive sales growth across the Endourology portfolio through territory planning and account penetration.
Identify customer needs and position BD solutions for clinical and economic value.
Support product evaluations, training, and case coverage.
Maintain active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
