Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience in urology/endourology or capital equipment is preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
• Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes, IDN structures, and physician decision-making dynamics.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare administrators.
• Drive sales growth across the Endourology portfolio via territory planning and opportunity management.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions to improve outcomes and economic value.
• Support product evaluations, physician training, and case coverage.
• Collaborate with National Accounts and Strategic Customer teams on initiatives.
• Identify competitive opportunities and new business development strategies.
• Gather competitive intelligence and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Provide product education and clinical support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
