Job summary

BD is seeking an Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales growth in a defined U.S. territory. You will promote BD’s Endourology portfolio, build relationships with physicians, clinicians, and health system leaders, and execute territory plans to expand utilization in hospitals and ambulatory settings.

The role requires 3+ years in medical devices or healthcare sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Some travel and field-based activities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three years of medical devices or related sales experience.
• Urology/endourology or hospital sales experience preferred.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in complex healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of hospital procurement processes and IDN structures.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Strong business planning and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Drive sales growth across the Endourology portfolio through territory planning and opportunity management.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions to improve outcomes and value.
• Support product evaluations, physician training, case coverage, and adoption.
• Collaborate with National Accounts and Strategic Customer teams on IDN and GPO initiatives.
• Identify and execute competitive conversion opportunities and new business strategies.
• Gather competitive intelligence on market trends and pricing dynamics.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and use CRM to forecast and manage opportunities.
• Conduct business reviews with management and provide territory updates.
• Analyze account performance and implement action plans to maximize growth.
• Deliver product education and clinical support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
