Job summary

BD is seeking an Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales growth and market share within an assigned U.S. territory, promoting the Endourology portfolio and building strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, and healthcare administrators.

You will develop territory business plans, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Procedural Sales Specialists and Regional Managers to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in medical devices or related industries.
• Experience in Urology/Endourology or hospital procurement preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders in complex healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes and physician decision dynamics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives and managing a territory.
• Strong business planning, organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office; willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and supply chain leaders in assigned accounts.
• Drive sales growth for the Endourology portfolio through territory planning and opportunity management.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions to improve outcomes and economic value.
• Support product evaluations, physician training, and technology adoption.
• Collaborate with National Accounts and Strategic Customer teams on IDN and health system initiatives.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and territory updates.
• Deliver product education and clinical support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
