Job summary

BD in Covington, GA is seeking an Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales growth and expand market share in an assigned territory. You will promote BD’s Endourology portfolio, develop territory business plans, and build strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, supply chain teams, and healthcare administrators.

You will collaborate with Procedural Sales Specialists and Regional Sales Managers to execute local growth initiatives, conduct reviews, and forecast performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in medical devices or related industries.
• Experience in Urology/Endourology or healthcare sales preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of hospital purchasing, IDN structures, and physician decision dynamics.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives and territory management.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce and related tools; MS Office suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with urologists, physicians, nurses and healthcare executives in assigned accounts.
• Drive sales growth across Endourology products through territory planning and account penetration.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Support product evaluations, physician training and case coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with National Accounts and Strategic Customer teams on IDN and GPO initiatives.
• Identify competitive opportunities and implement new business development strategies.
• Gather competitive intelligence on market trends and pricing dynamics.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and use CRM for forecasts and execution.
• Conduct business reviews and provide accurate territory updates.
• Analyze account performance and take action to grow opportunities.
• Deliver product education and clinical support to customers.
• Ensure compliance with BD policies and industry regulations.
