Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company in the United States is seeking an Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales growth across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician offices by promoting BD's Endourology portfolio. You will build territory plans, capitalize on growth opportunities, and strengthen relationships with urologists, clinicians, supply chain leaders, and healthcare administrators.

You'll work withProcedural Sales Specialists and regional teams to execute local growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with solid sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence multiple stakeholders in healthcare.
• Experience in urology, endourology, or capital equipment sales preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with urologists and healthcare leaders.
• Drive sales growth across the Endourology portfolio through territory planning.
• Identify customer needs and position BD solutions for clinical and economic value.
• Deliver product education, training, and clinical support to customers.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecast, and execute territory strategies.
• Travel extensively and comply with company policies.
