Job summary

BD is seeking an Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales across a defined geography, engaging surgeons, hospitals, and clinics with BD products and therapies. You will receive coaching from the Regional Sales Manager and access to marketing materials to support presentations.

The role requires building relationships with decision makers, conducting product demonstrations, and analyzing market trends to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may offset requirement.
• Minimum three years of outside sales experience with one sales organization.
• Knowledge of hospital protocols, purchasing dynamics, and physician preferences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Siebel CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in target accounts.
• Identify customer needs and position BD products accordingly.
• Gather competitive intelligence on market trends, pricing, and potential impact on business.
• Conduct field visits including surgeon offices, hospitals, and clinics for product demonstrations and seminars.
• Perform root cause analysis on lost or declining sales and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain and analyze sales data to identify opportunities within the market and target accounts.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by management including weekly call activity reports, expense reports, and quarterly forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
