Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales, or 1 year in ATM within BSC Endoscopy.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.
• Experience managing a full-cycle sales process from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Demonstrate clinical excellence in applicable disease states.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through site visits, product demos, and education.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities reflecting company priorities.
• Provide training, education, and support to physicians and staff.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of Boston Scientific products and competitors.
• Manage expenses and promotional budgets with proper documentation.
