Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales or 1 year as ATM within BSC Endoscopy with leadership approval.
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed, metrics-driven sales environment.
• Experience managing a full-cycle sales process from prospecting through close.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and transport inventory/equipment within the territory.
• Occasional travel for training and regional/national meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Demonstrate clinical excellence in relevant disease states.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through site visits, demos, education, and procedural support.
• Build connections with diverse stakeholders including physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Pursue new business opportunities aligned with company priorities.
• Provide training, education, and support as a trusted clinical and commercial resource.
