Job summary

Boston Scientific’s Associate Territory Manager (ATM) role in the Fort Worth/Dallas area prepares you for future Territory Manager positions within the Endoscopy Division. You will support Territory Managers, build relationships, provide clinical education, and help grow revenue across assigned accounts.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel 30–40% in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–4 years of relevant business experience.
• Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory.
• Valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, and education.
• Provide procedural support in OR/Endoscopy environments.
• Support revenue targets and help account ownership activities.
• Develop business plans to achieve revenue targets and assist in education activities.
