Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Associate Territory Manager (ATM) to prepare for Territory Manager roles within the Endoscopy Division. You will work with one or two Territory Managers to grow the business, provide clinical education, and identify new opportunities in Fort Worth and West Dallas.

Roles involve field-based activities, customer education, and collaboration with regional managers. The position emphasizes sales support, relationship building, and participation in occasional events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant business experience.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, and in-services.
• Provide daily procedural support in an Endoscopy setting.
• Support revenue generating projects and goals to drive account ownership.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and Region Sales Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
• Develop quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Assist in professional education activities sponsored by Boston Scientific.
• Maintain records of sales expenses and customer files.
