Job summary

Boston Scientific's Associate Territory Manager (ATM) is a field sales role designed to prepare you for future Territory Manager positions within the Endoscopy Division. The ATM will work with one or two Territory Managers to grow the business, deliver clinical education, and identify opportunities while supporting regional revenue goals.

This position covers the greater Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–24 months of relevant business experience.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships through routine visits and demonstrations.
• Provide daily procedural support in an Endoscopy unit environment.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive sales and growth.
• Support revenue goals and assist in business planning.
• Monitor sales trends and communicate updates to regional leadership.
• Assist in professional education activities and workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and expenses.
• Travel 30-40% and participate in occasional trade shows or meetings.
