Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks an Associate Territory Manager for the Endoscopy division in the Atlanta, GA area. This field-based role focuses on delivering exceptional service, supporting sales efforts, and providing clinical education while identifying new business opportunities aligned with company goals.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Territory Managers to drive revenue at key accounts, with growth opportunities and a structured development path in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 6-24 months of relevant business experience.
• Ability to travel regularly and transport inventory / equipment to various locations within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, and in-services.
• Provide daily procedural support in an endoscopy environment.
• Work with Territory Manager(s) to increase selling time.
• Support revenue projects and goals to drive account ownership.
• Collaborate with managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends.
• Develop quarterly/annual business plans to meet revenue targets.
• Assist in professional education activities sponsored by BSC.
• Provide timely updates to Region Manager on activities and trends.
• Manage expense and promotional budgets within guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses and customer files.
• Submit required administrative paperwork on time.
• Follow Travel & Entertainment guidelines and company policies.
• Occasionally participate in trade shows and meetings; travel 30-40%.
