Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related quantitative disciplines and 3–5 years of field sales experience.
• Ability to work well independently and take charge of situations.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, competitive environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop solid customer relationships.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Able to write reports, manage time and priorities, and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and market share inside the regional territory as directed.
• Pursue new business and develop new methods of attaining business.
• Implement strategic plans to achieve a 10% annual market share increase.
• Direct clinical demonstrations for qualified target accounts within the territory.
• Coordinate pre-demo processes with the Clinical Sales Specialist to ensure successful demonstrations.
• Nurture current customer accounts through routine calls, product demos, and trainings.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Be the primary resource for customer education on equipment use in clinical settings.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports and monthly sales forecasts to supervisor.
• Attend local, regional and national trade shows when requested.
